Before you meet
Choose a public first meeting when possible, tell a trusted person where you will be, arrange your own transportation, and leave if the vibe changes.
In video rooms
Confirm consent before escalating anything. Never record, stream, or share someone else’s image or voice without explicit permission.
Child sexual abuse material and non-consensual intimate imagery
CumWith has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including intimate images shared without the consent of the person depicted. If we learn of either, we remove the content immediately, keep only the minimum information the law requires, and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline. A person depicted in NCII can use StopNCII.org to create a hash that participating platforms use to stop matching files from being shared. We cooperate with law enforcement on valid legal process and on reports of child exploitation. Do not email illegal files. Use Report a safety issue. That report is a high-priority safety report. If it names a live room, the severe-report freeze path stops new joins while it is reviewed.
Urgent danger
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Use Report a safety issue for policy violations and preserve only the evidence needed to explain what happened.
